Cascadia Water was formed on November 2, 2018 through the acquisition and combination of Lehman Enterprises, Inc. and Sea View Water, LLC on Whidbey Island, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NW Natural Water Company, LLC.  Since then, Cascadia has closed on the acquisitions of Estates & Monterra Inc (Olympic Peninsula, April 2019), Del Bay HOA (Whidbey Island, November 2020), Discovery Bay Village (Olympic Peninsula, September 2021), Pelican Point (Moses Lake, October 2021), Northwest Water Services (Skagit, Snohomish & Island Counties, August 2022), Aquarius Utilities (Kitsap & Olympic Peninsula, August 2022) and Pedersen Family (Olympic Peninsula, February 2023). Cascadia Water operates primarily out of Whidbey Island with a remote location out of Poulsbo, and now serves more than 9,000 people through approximately 3,600 connections.
